Our companyGTCOSMETICS MANUFACTURING INC

GTCOSMETICS MANUFACTURING INC, operates strict global quality control systems and procedures across all steps of the manufacturing process including the check and inspection of incoming raw materials, the analysis of work in progress and the final inspection of finished products.

Established since 1994, the company is focused on the production of Beauty and Personal Care products. The factory is nearly 4,800 square meters in area that can produce skin care, personal care, hair care, toiletries and color cosmetics products.

The company offers a manufacturing facility with GMP/ISO, and different equipments, that is specific to each product category. GTCMI follows global manufacturing standards, practices, and employ the best quality systems and procedures.

      

The beginningsCOMPANY HISTORY

1994

Humble beginnings

GT Cosmetics Manufacturing was founded by Engr. Leonora Salvane and her husband Rogelio Salvane Sr. at their home with a capital of P500. The company first produced natural bath soaps in their kitchen using baking pans and produced 50 soap bars per day.
2009

Bulacan Plant and Office

The company inaugurated its Bulacan Plant and Office to cater the growing demand in the Luzon area.
2013

Sole Proprietor to Incorporation

From single proprietorship to incorporation, the company was issued a Certificate of Incorporation by the Securities and Exchange Commission in the Philippines with the name GTCOSMETICS MANUFACTURING INC.
2014

ISO 9001:2008

GTCMI was issued an ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System Certificate by TÜV SÜD Asia Pacific.
2015

HALAL Certified

The company received its HALAL Certificate from the Islamic Da’wah Council of the Philippines Inc (IDCP Halal) and is qualified to produce Halal quality products which are in conformity with the Quality Standard being implemented by the IDCP-Halal at all times.
2016

Toll/Contract Manufacturing

GTCMI finally opened its door for toll and contract manufacturing services.
2017

ISO 9001:2015

After months of transitioning to the new ISO 9001 standard, GTCMI received their ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System Certificate from TUV SUD PSB Philippines Inc. months before the expiry of their ISO 9001:2008 Certificate.
2017

ISO 22716:2007

Last March 2-6, 2020, GTCMI was audited and successfully received a recommendation for ISO 22716:2007 certification. The audit was performed by SGS Philippines, Inc., the country’s leading provider of certification, testing, verification, and inspection. They have been operating in the Philippines since 1949.
